01Acceptance
By installing or using Sonanta, you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the application.
02What Sonanta is
Sonanta is a personal finance app for iPhone that lets you record expenses by voice, receipt photo, or manually, and review them. Processing happens on your device. Some features (Sonanta Pro) require a subscription.
03License to use
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use Sonanta on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and Apple's App Store rules. You don't acquire ownership of the application.
04Not financial advice
Sonanta helps you see and organize your expenses, and provides information (for example, how much you've spent or how much budget is left). Any summary, budget, calculation, or answer it offers is informational and does not constitute financial, accounting, tax, legal, or investment advice. It's not a substitute for a professional's judgment. Decisions about your money are your responsibility.
05Your responsibility for the data
Sonanta interprets your voice and receipts with on-device technology that can make mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing and confirming that the recorded information is correct. Likewise, you are responsible for keeping backups (for example, via iCloud); we don't guarantee recovery of data lost due to device failure, deletion, or uninstallation.
06Sonanta Pro and subscriptions
Sonanta Pro is offered via subscription or purchase through Apple's App Store. Billing, renewal, and invoicing are handled by Apple under its policies. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the period, from your Apple account settings. Cancellations and refunds are governed by Apple's policies.
07Acceptable use
You agree not to use Sonanta for unlawful purposes, or to attempt to decompile, breach, alter, or interfere with the operation of the application or the security of other users.
08Intellectual property
Sonanta, its name, logo, design, text, and software are the property of Jesús Eduardo Hernández Martínez and are protected by applicable laws. Your expense data is and will remain yours.
09No warranties
Sonanta is provided "as is" and "as available." To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties that the application will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that voice interpretation or OCR will always be accurate.
10Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits arising from the use of, or inability to use, the application. Nothing in these Terms limits liabilities that cannot be legally excluded.
11Changes and availability
We may update the application and these Terms. The current version will always be at this address, with its date. We may also modify, suspend, or discontinue features; if a change is significant, we'll aim to notify you within the app.
12Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. For any dispute, the parties submit to the competent courts of Xalapa, Veracruz, unless the law provides otherwise.
